By engaging UrFirst Step for any service or studio hire, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with any booking or service engagement.
UrFirst Step will deliver the services specifically outlined in the signed production agreement. Any scope changes must be agreed in writing and may incur additional charges.
Upon receipt of final payment, the client receives full ownership of final delivered assets. UrFirst Step retains the right to use the production for portfolio and promotional purposes unless restricted in writing before project start.
The client is responsible for securing all permits, releases, and licences for locations, talent, and third-party content. UrFirst Step is not liable for infringements arising from client-provided materials.
UrFirst Step's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total project fee paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
