All projects require a 30% non-refundable booking deposit upon contract signing. This secures your dates and covers pre-production planning costs.
Payments made against approved milestones are non-refundable. A deliverable is deemed accepted if no written feedback is received within 7 business days of delivery.
If cancelled after pre-production begins, the client is liable for all work completed to date, invoiced at the agreed day rate. Any overpayment will be refunded within 14 business days.
In the unlikely event we must cancel a confirmed project, all payments beyond work completed will be refunded in full within 14 business days.
Studio bookings cancelled 7+ days prior receive a full refund minus the booking fee. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. One free rescheduling is allowed with 48 hours notice.
All billing disputes should be raised in writing to contact@urfirststep.in. We commit to resolution within 10 business days through good-faith negotiation.
